We offer one-on-one coaching for a variety of athletes. For those who do not feel comfortable working out on their own, those who want to have more individualized attention, or for the elite athlete. This includes 60, 90, or 120-minute sessions at a frequency of 2-5 times per week.
All one-on-one coaching is on a month to month basis. No contracts. No additional fees. Just results and the coaching relationship you are looking for.

The community aspect of a barbell club should be the focus. This is why community is put in front of our club model. We put our athletes first as individuals and plan team building events to bring them all together.
Barbell Club (Team Membership and Open Training) is provided as 2 hour training time slots on the hour, every hour with an hour overlap from previous and upcoming sessions. We program each athlete individually for our Team Membership as needed so they can achieve goals specific to their lives and coach everyone in the same environment.
Barbell Club consists of a mix of two Strength Sport focuses: Olympic Weightlifting and Powerlifting. All levels are welcome!

Nutrition is one of the most important parts of performance. We offer a variety of nutrition coaching services including habit change, macronutrient counting, nutrition education, and we’ll even go grocery shopping with you!

Athletes need more than just movement under a barbell. The first job/goal of a coach and a sound scientific program is to decrease any potential injury while delivering results. Unfortunately, setbacks and injuries do happen when you train hard. Even with proper technique. This is why we offer recovery sessions in the form of deep tissue or sports massage as well as trigger points, cupping, and Graston Method (scraping). We believe in this service to boost your mobility and then boost your results.
