This is the way to start if a lifter is inexperienced. We provide a 1:1 learning environment so athletes can fully understand the lifts as they transition into Barbell Club on a team or individualized weightlifting or powerlifting program.
Weightlifting Starter Kit:
3x 1:1 sessions to learn the basics of the Snatch (session 1), Clean (session 2), and Jerk (session 3.)
Powerlifting Starter Kit:
3x 1:1 sessions to learn the basics of the Squat (session 1), Bench Press (session 2), and Deadlift (session 3.)
Athletes who want more personalized attention during their training outside of Barbell Club should start with 1:1 Coaching. Newer athletes looking for an accelerated technique tweaks can also benefit from 1:1 Coaching. We offer short and long term 1:1 Coaching in addition to our Weightlifting and Powerlifting Starter Kits.
